Many families wait months for ABA services to begin. Our complimentary consultation helps parents understand their options and receive practical guidance, recommendations, and support during this in-between period.
Many families reach out to us while they’re waiting—sometimes for months—for traditional ABA services to begin. That waiting period can feel isolating, stressful, and overwhelming, especially when daily challenges don’t pause.
Our complimentary consultation is designed for families who:
- Are actively seeking ABA services
- Are currently on a waitlist or facing delays in care
- Want practical support and guidance now, not later
This call helps families understand how we can support their child during the gap in services through assessment-informed recommendations, parent coaching, and community-based support.
What Happens During the Consultation?
You’ll meet with a board-certified behavior analyst for a 30-minute consultation by phone or through Google Meet. This is a conversation—not an evaluation and not a sales pitch.
Before the call, we will send our Parent Priority Checklist to help us understand:
- Your child’s current strengths and challenges
- Which parts of the day feel most difficult right now
- Where you are in the ABA process (referrals, waitlists, funding)
During the call, we’ll:
- Learn about your child and your family’s priorities
- Answer questions about ABA and what support can look like in real life
- Talk through options for parent-led and community-based services
- Share an honest, professional recommendation for next steps
Our goal is to provide clarity, support, and help you take the next right step—whether that’s with us or not.
Many families leave this call with a clearer plan, and some choose to continue working with us for ongoing parent coaching and support while they wait for services to begin.
You Don’t Need to Prepare
You don’t need reports, data, or perfectly worded concerns. If you’re feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or exhausted—that’s okay. This call is meant to meet you where you are.
